My investment was due to mature, I wanted to get the funds transferred to my account. Since it was not matured yet I could not do it at the time I was in the bank. The customer service consultant promised me that he will do the transfer for me when it matures so that I do not have to come to the bank again to do it myself. I signed the necessary forms and he kept it. He did phone me and he did do the transfer. Thank you for this that is real customer service.
