I loged a claim 3 weeks back and even today there is still no work done on my claim, i was told that my claim is still with management bt and that they will give me feedback on friday, but untill today no one came back to me, and when i call they are always too busy to with clients... which clients are more important to you guys? only when you want money from us, but when its time to help us u are too busy.
