No Follow up from Call Centre

I completeted online quotation form for Life cover and was called within a 30 seconds of hitting the "submit" button. While I was on the line to the consultant I had a missed call from another consultant from Outsurance. The first consultant had a problem with my id number and ask if he could call me back. Still no call back. Later in the day another consultant called and when I told him that I had already been contacted but was still waitinfg for a reply he told me he would phone me "right back". This was 2 days ago. As I was not in the position to write down the consultants name I will not be surprised with the usual "which consultant did you talk to" treatment. If this is the case I suggest you enter my cell numebr into your data base and will no doubt tract down the two consultants.
