Cashsend Withdrawal Not Working

Hi, my mother send me money via Absa CashSend. I received SMS and PIN. Got to the ATM, punched my cashsend number in with PIN and amount but ATM returned error, could not process request now.

I tried the next day and still nothing. Got to the bank today and they told me the money was already used. I never got the money. There must be some glitch in the system because this is not acceptable. I will take this to the papers!
