Online banking still not activated after a month

These people are really amazing, yet again i find myself complaining about the very poor service form FNB. I opened a business account a month ago and i went to a branch where it took me two hours to activate the online profile only to find that it IS still not activated, i keep on been referred to a branch to resolve this. All these fancy ads on radio and TV are for nothing my experience has just be horrible.
