Since Monday, its now Saturday, I've been trying to get the Online Banking division via their call center to resolve a technical issue that will allow payments to be authorized, I've made numerous calls, spoken to various people, Ryan, Ishmail and many others, they have failed to resolve the issue. They have said that the problem has been 'Prioritized', escalated to supervisors, IT departments etc etc. they will call back, when? have been cut off twice and still not working.
