KINGPRICE'S BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE CONSULTANTS

I'm extremely furious about the service i've been getting from KingPrice. One of your consultants Karabo Chitja has been the rudest and less active consultant on my claim. From raising her voice and shouting back at me to not responding to any of my emails or return calls. My car has been sitting at Renew It Edenvale for about 3 weeks now and still nothing has been done regarding repairs. She's dragging the process and I'm convinced it's on purpose. The latest... She sent an assessment report saying Edenvale Renew It isn't mazda approved and have to move my car to Proline Wynberg but when I spoke to the people at Renew It they told me it is Mazda approved, also made it my mission to check if my car was towed to this Proline she says and to no surprise it hasn't. Karabo had said on her email the car will be towed there but clearly it hasn't. Now I don't know what this is but I really don't want to deal with this woman anymore as I feel she's the reason behind all these delays. As a KingPrice customer I would like to get someone else to handle this. Jason/ Justin has been helpful where Karabo hasn't. Please can someone look into this.
