I work very long hours and had my first afternoon off in a while, so I could go regester for internet banking. It went quick and I got good service until i got home and logged on to make a payment. All of a sudden my limited is on 0.00... so now I get told that i have to go into the bank so they can change this for me. I dont understand why it was not done while I was at the bank already!!??? Now I have important payments that need to be done and my next day off it only in two weeks!!! I dont have time to go into the bank 50times!
