Car premium incorrectly deducted

After proof of vehical insurance was provided on 10/12/12 at 15h45 (via e-mail), an increased premium was still deducted on 01/01/2013.

Details of vehical:
2007 Volkswagen Polo 1.6 Trendline (M&M 640/28/701)
CJ43113

Registered owner: E DREYER
We have been contacted by an Absa employee, who assured us that the money would be refunded on 15/01/2013.
We have not yet received any payment.

I have yet again sent an e-mail on 18/01/2013 requesting payment. NO REPLY.

I am disappointed with the blatant disregard for customer care and communication,

I am also worried that an incorrect payment will be deducted on 01/02/2013.

Why is there a delay in payment and when will this refund be done?
