AI would like to compliment Wesbank for their efficient customer service. Every time when I sent a query to them I will get a response that acknowledges my query and within 2-3 days I get feedback. Always on point. If it is something they cannot assist with, they also give reasons and make a recommendations. I also recieved excellent service from the call centre every time I called. I often get frustrated with service who just simply go quite and promise to respond when you follow up but never do
