For four years in a row, after termination of my insurance cover for my house (home owners) in May 2010, Outsurance have wrongly deducted over R10, 000 from my account. I have repeatedly complained and lodged proof of insurane through a new broker. This is very suspicious. FNB (my bank) claim they can not help, (convenient group company links).
Have phoned again this year. Was promised someone will phone me back. Still no response hours later.
Will now contact Ombudsman for Insurance to lodge complaint.
