We settled a vehicle finance account. Absa accidentally took another debit order from our account which they after several calls refunded. They ended up refunding us twice. 2 people have called us already asking us to pay the money back. We then make an arrangement with them. They then say that they will email is with the banking details to refund to, but we never receive the email, nor do they ever follow up. Now we have endless problems using our card due to bad debt. The time and phone calls we have spend to resolve this has costed us a lot, why do large corporates always get away with everything without taking responsibility for their own mistakes.
