Dear FNB, From what I gathered, you have no one at Hyde Park looking after the business clients? Since Phillip, the person who was previously responsible for my account, left; there is no one there anymore. Would you like me to move my account to somewhere else? I am currently overseas, and Phillips ability to stay in touch with me via email and implement my instructions, made it easy. Yesterday, I called your branch for over an hour without ANY result to my query!!! Since calling from overseas is expensive, I also sent an email - with no response.
As a customer, but specifically with a business account, I expect fast responses and good service to assist me when needed. This includes knowing who my consultant will be and me being able to reach that person via email.
And yes, FNB Hyde Park has a form signed by me that allows you to act on my instructions via email!!!
