FNB Hyde Park Totally Incompetent

I am trying to switch to FNB for my banking needs. I have personally handed over all required documentation to Jeanette at the FNB Hyde Park branch. It has since been 2 weeks (maybe a little bit over) with me calling every day (sometimes twice a day) to try get some feedback. The only response attained is, "sorry she is busy with a customer".

I currently have a business account with FNB Hyde Park as well. Due to this blatent ignoring from FNB's consultants, i will not be switching to FNB and i will be moving my business account.

Furthermore i highly doubt anyone at FNB Hyde Park is capable of returning a phone call, never mind actually attending to a customers needs.

The purpose of this report is to warn others. Rather deal with a different branch if you must or even better rather put your hard money some where else. Apparently FNB have so many customers they don't actually need any newcomers.

Just to reiterate, in a space of 2 weeks there has been ZERO communication, ZERO interest and when i told the operator who answered the phone maybe i should rather look else where, the response was "Yes okay Sir, Please Do, Jeanette is busy with a customer".

Total incompetence...
