Again FNB makes a mistake

This is the 3rd post in one month regarding FNB, now they increased my cheque charges from R13.00 per cheque to R50.40 per cheque and neither my "Premier Banker" not the staff at the branch have a clue how or when this happened.
I received a call almost 24 hours later stating that they will now look into it but cannot rectify immediately, not sure why maybe they just don't care.

Please who ever the administrator is do not give me the response of "We have forwarded your complaint to the relevant department" rubbish as that is just a way of proving that someone took the time to copy and paste the same response to all Hello Peter users that complain

This is a joke, can one bank be so incompitant time after time after time
