I have two personal loans with African Bank. When I became unemployed in April 2013 the payments were taken over by their insurance. In the mean time one of the loans was settled by the insurance because I was unemployed for more than 6 months. A month later they informed me that they will also settle the 2nd loan if I provide 6 months bank statements and an affidavit stating that I am still unemployed. I e-mailed all the documents to them in November. To date I have had no response from them, they do not answer my e-mails and they are still submitting the debit order for both loans!!
