I re-financed the residual on my vehicle and on the the 1st or 2nd August the Call Centre told me that my first installment would be at the end of September. Last week the collections staff took the installment from my bank account.
Today I queried this and was told that they will deduct the installement again at the end of September, then to have the call centre agent put the phone down on me, a Mr Clayton Davies (the person working on my account) did the same thing and no-one could give me the switchboard number so that I could call somesone senior in the finance team. I managed to speak to someone in Reception who was extremely rude. This is toally unprofessional and shocking, shocking service from one of the largest financing providers in the country. I am seriously thinking of refinancing my vehicles with another servider provider. Shocking stuff!!!
