Can't believe I'm even writing this but I am completely shocked by Miway. I have called continuously to rectify discrepancies on my policy document which still have not been addressed to date, I referred clients and never received the referral amount of R200 as they have advertised, I have sent follow up emails which were not replied to, the last cover sheet of my policy reflected a different amount to the one that was deducted from my account today. I asked for assistance from management and was referred to a gentleman called Jerry and even he has failed to reply to my email. So as they say, it's time to move on, as soon as possible, immediately really.
