Nomonde Gejane me called in july suggesting that i add dread and disability cover, I had no problem with that, the problem started when i disclosed a problem i was diagnosed with in june, i always had to call to ask whats happening with my policy, how far is the upgrade i even e-mailed her to suggest what she should do to finalise this thing, still no responce, i think ill just cancel this policy because i think im investing my familys future with the wrong company. ive read most complaints here your clients are not successful in canselling their policies. so better we sort this out or i cansel.
