I have tried to 1st change my banking details to my new bank, but after e-mailing twice it is still not changed. Then my employer started to cover life, disability and funeral for all employees and thus I e-mailed yet again to cancel my policy, but only a automated e-mail that say that you will be contacted shortly by a consultant, which still hasn't materialized after 3 weeks. This is bad service if not the worst I ever had. I would like 1life to cancel my policy and at least notify me of the fact that it has been done.
