I needed urgent documentation for a visa application but it was a complicated process. To add to my woes the Standard Bank systems kept on going down and delaying any progress. Hillary Johannes went out of her way to help me, to smooth the process as much as possible, to provide the necessary documents despite all the obstacles. She was a truly amazing ambassador for Standard Bank - moving me forward to my overseas trip!
