More than 3 months ago I cancelled a policy with Virgin Money. They promised to refund one month's premium as it was deducted after the cancellation. Needless to say I am still waiting for payment. I have made countless calls inquiring about my money and every time they promise that they will make the payment. I am still waiting...
Please follow this up as I am on the verge of switching to another Insurance, I am getting impatient.
