Standard Bank Home Insurance PATHETIC

In August 2012 Gauteng suffered a severe hail storm and most properties were damaged during the storm. Our home roof were damaged so badly that is leaking through the roof in the house. The knotty pine ceiling is damaged and it's getting worse every time it's raining. We have pot standing around for the water. Our main concern is the water is running down the one support beam in the roof and we are worried that this beam might give in anytime when it's raining and injure or maybe kill someone sitting in the lounge. We had contractors giving quotations and assessors coming to view the problem and needless to mention we made so many calls to the helpdesk and always the same response we will get back to you before the end of the day (Yip this never happens) Since August 2012 the claim is open with Standard Bank Insure 8 months. How patient should one be its absolutely PATHETIC. Not to mention there is live electricity wires in the ceiling that could cause a fire and we all could die instantly. Please Standard bank do what you are paid for and resolve this issue
