I'd like to compliment Hollard for the great service I received in the morning today, namely from Simphiwe Phiri one of their Client Relationship Consultants. She was extremely patient with explaining all the detail on my policy and took time to review all my concerns. I could easily have switched service providers, even though I've been with the same Insurance company for a while now. That has been the 1st time in all my encounters with any Client Relationship Consultants before. A huge thumbs up to her. Keep up the good work.
*PS* If there was a way to always get assistance from the same consultant each time you have a query, id prefer that, than to speak to different consultants each time.
