I'd like to compliment Dotsure for the great service I received in the morning today, namely Duduzile one of their Client Relationship Consultants. She was extremely patient with explaining all the detail on my policy and took time to review all my concerns. That has been the 1st time in all my encounters with any Client Relationship Consultants before. A huge thumbs up to her. Keep up the good work.
*PS* If there was a way to always get assistance from the same consultant each time you have a query, id prefer that, than to speak to different consultants each time.
