False claim information

I lodged a claim in December 2013 regarding my phone that was. Spoke to many consultants, recorded my claim. The claim was recorded and I was told to submit my document needed. The documents where received. I was then instructed to pay my phone excess of R874 and this was paid the same day then the claim was sent for approval. The following day I obtained a call that the claim was authorized and was asked my home address this was around the 19th December 2013. The consultant clearly said the couriers will be delivering the phone in 4 business days due to the public holidays when I called in to follow up they consultants said it was holiday delays I accepted. On the 30th Dec 2013 I was called by a consultant on 011 375 1800 the lady asked if I had received a phone. She said it should be arriving by 2nd January! Throughout this time these where registered hollard consultants and according to law all conversations should be recorded for auditing purposes. On the 3rd of Jan a consultant called who told me I had not recieved the phone because the claim was not authorized! Il be taking legal action for being mislead. All conversation will be released by hollard! Taking this public!
