Unreverable internet banking cashsend

When does absa really attend to e-mail when sent to them, was told to sent an e-mail to absa's technicians mabye they can assist me with my problems but I doubt if the the matter will be solved. Is it possible for your technicians to call me or at least me send me their their contact details so that they may resolve my problem. It's been over a month and now am even considering moving to another bank.
