I made a cashsend to my mother on the 1st of this month using an internet banking but she mistakely blocked it, I tries to reverse it but I failed several times.
I even went to the different branches, one of the staff members even suggested that we should try the head office which we did. Spoke to a well mannered consultant but he failed to assist me with my problem and then he decided to write a complain and he gave me the following Ref no. 2385358.
The following day I received a call but for the fourth time we failed and the I was told to try using a computer instead maybe there might be a problem with my phone, I did that today with no success and even called the head office again but still nothing.
Now my question is will this matter ever be resolved or will I have to face the fact that I will never ever get that money back???
I've spend so much money trying to get this matter resolved am even starting to lose hope, I never had any problems with Absa for the past 8 years but now this.
