Try to purchase a laptop yesterday which was on special for R5838. Transfer R50k to my credit card on Sunday, 15 September 2013 - Now in credit with -R14k however all my transactions declined. According to card division (Sydney) the money will only be available Tuesday, 17 September. Please note this is a transfer from SBSA to SBSA. Try my personal debit card also declined even if there is R35k in my account. I have now missed out on the special that was running on the laptop and now have to pay more??? Why did my Debit card and MasterCard declined? I need answers urgently!!! maybe I must start re-thinking in moving my account after 22 years.
