At Nedbank goes uninvestigated

We have sent numerous queries to Nedbank about my father's GroupLife Policies being changed by his wife of 1.5yrs and her removing us, the children, as beneficiaries and receiving all monies for herself. My father was in a coma at the time and we were not notified at the time of the changes taking place but had been notified that we were beneficiaries and requested to complete documentation. Now we are told that the paperwork which named us as beneficiaries cannot be found and have been further insulted by way of comms with Tebogo who referred to my siblings and I (the complainants) as evil and stating that we want to be "entitled to benefit simply for the evil of all mother-land; and can only hope that the Almighty does eventually save the world from its own evil acts." and also asked of us "... why are we black people always fighting amongst ourselves where it matters most (E.g. Why should we fight amongst ourselves when we could be trying to build a relation for the sake of the loved one who came between all of us as that is what they would have loved to see happening)".

This behaviour is disgusting and unprofessional. I demand a response and result
