Visited FNB Branch today to apply for a new Visa cheque card linked to my business account. The previous card was stopped by myself in Mar 2013 due to a double entry performed by a hotel. I have been waiting for a replacement card since then. Today Engelbrecht, Sales Consultant, informed me that a replacement card could not be issued due to the fact that FNB deleted my business documents. Yes sir, DELETED. I am transacting on this account virtually daily - how is it possible that FNB lost my business documents? I simply don't believe this and state that Engelbrecht had nothing but a bad attitude and is incompetent to represent FNB as Sales Consultant. All I want is a replacement Visa cheque card.
