% people could not sort my complaint out

I have being with NBS-Nedbank for over 20 years what a common no productive branch newton park is. I Deposited R2200 Friday at the machine because it is nedbanks new machine where the cash are counted and made available by the atm. I deposited the money so I can pay my dstv etc on Saturday I went to spar and my card was decline I went straight to nedbank to ask what is happening her and they said to me it takes time to make the money available because I deposit it at the new atm I informed the lady Juanita that I deposit many times outside and the money shows immediate in my account? She looked at me very irritable and rolling her eyes as I was talking to her she then referred me to reception what a waist of time there I am telling you standing there for and hour with no result what so ever the lady at reception said to me that she is going to speak to Natasha and ask what is going on so I said I would like to speak to Natasha and then she said I don't know if Natasha would speak to you come on is this now a or gender discrimination that you choose who you want to speak to? I walk out of the bank came home check the 2200 don't show at all my money gone my children hungry.
