Horrible service

I've been having a lot of trouble with my banker getting horrible service from not getting bonds approved to poor or no advice when asked. So I've requested to move to another banker. But then Standardbank stuck again with I feel a record 8 days and counting no response time. That is eight days from my first e-mail. I've sent 5 since and even endured their helpline, which was not helpful at all.
Moving to FNB ASAP, just hope Standardbank does not delay that as well.
