Standard bank handed me over to Experian and now I cannot get credit!
On querying this myself (as Standardbank certainly could not resolve anything whether you a Prestige banker make no dam sense), I discovered that 3 vehicles were still reflecting as financed under my name of which only 1 is actually financed and 2 has been settled. According to my understanding Standard was suppose to send the information (settlement info) through to the Credit Bureau which either did not happen or as they claim has not been receive by the Credit Bureau.
Experian confirmed this last week (week 10/2013) and I called Standard VAF who put me through to Credit control who put me through to Customer care who gave my a reference 52179341. I followed this up again Monday 11/03/2013 and was told that it was still unresolved.
WHY MUST THE CUSTOMER MAKE NUMERIOUS PHONE CALLS TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT WASN'T CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER DUE TO STANDARDBANK'S INCOMPETENCE!!!
