TELETOP DEBIT ORDER

My menatlly handicapped son who has a Smart Card to receive his disabilty grant -in July and twice in August, had amounts of R89.00 (total R267.00) deducted from his bank account with the reference Teletop.
I have no idea what/who this is. When I phoned the call centre they said that no sms is sent to notify one below an amount of R100. It was quite by chance that I discovered these withdarwal as we do not receive a bank statemnt on that account and there is very little activity as it was used only to collect the grant once a month. I am horrified to see on Hello Peter that there are so many FNB people that share the same complaint! FNB are allowing this deduction month after month with all the complaints without putting a stop to this. I am now told that I must go into my branch to sort this out- sign a debit order dispute form- when I have never authorised this debit in the fist place. VERY INCONVENIENT.
