First National Bank
Horrible service

I have always been a proud banker with FNB but the service I received today was horrible. Stood on a queue for over an hour just to get a bank statement. No one came to apologise for the inconvinience. There were 2 consultants behind the counter but the other just sat there doing nothing. If this is the service FNB gives its loyal clients, then there is no use for me to continue with m support.
