Call Centre puts phone down on me

Seeing as every business these days are offering Short Term, I looked at hellopeter for some information on the background of the companies who is offering business, and the industry leader, according to hellopeter is MiWay :)

Decided to request an online quote, and after filling in everything, an error occured (Transunion communication error) and redirected me to the homepage. not feeling like going through everything again, I requested a call back. after some time a consultant phones me, and I spend 15 minutes to build a profile again...

THEN she transferred me to tebogo, and after his intro script, he asks what am I looking for in my policy, where I advise him that, im currently with Virgin Insurance and comparing him to a very good quote on Santam (although more than im paying now), I would offer MiWay a chance to offer a quote as well, seeing the above average satisfaction on HelloPeter...

Tebogo then cuts the call, and now, 30 minutes later my phone is still silent... Should I take it that as Santam and MiWay are under the same "umbrella", MiWay does not want to compare a qoute?
