Cancellation of my Insurance

I sold my vehicle that was insured with MiWay in September 2013, and in October 2013 I send an email to MiWay informing them of my wish to cancel my Insurance. They returned my call yesterday, and Kholeka firstly apologised for only replying now. She then informed me that all my premiums that I paid since October 2013 to date will be refunded within the next 7 working days. She also informed me that I can keep my profile open by paying a certain amount per month until such time as I have bought another vehicle. I am REALLY impressed with their friendliness, effectiveness and great service that I have received since insuring my vehicle with them in 2009. Keep up the great work and I will definitely insure my next vehicle with MiWay.
