To whom it may concern
I have been in an accident on the 3rd of September 2013 and have issued claims regarding this matter. i am concerned and frustrated due to an un-responsive situation.
I am constantly phoning to further this investigation to no avail.
can someone advice what is the hold up? and turnaround time for claim to be validated. what annoys me is that last week i was told an investigation is being done and other things that made sense, now all of a sudden after an assessment that my car is written off they conduct another investigation, is this a way to avoid paying my claim?
