On the 10/11/2012 i had an accident in the pta area. my car was towed away by approved provider to assessment centre in pta. i received 1 sms stating that my car had arrived and after that 1 call from a claims consultant asking questions on the accident. not a word thereafter. trying to get someone on the line to assist was impossible and when i eventually did get through it was never the right person. at one stage i had 5 different people that i had spoken to but no one was able to advise on the status of my claim. i was constantly told that the incident was under investigation yet nobody called the witness that i had given to verify the accident details. 3 weeks after the incident i was informed that my car would be going to a panel beater in pta. i was under pressure as i had no alternative transport and needed to know the status of the claim in order for me to make other arrangements. All i can say is that the service i received was shocking and in bad taste and the fact that they advertise how much help they give to woman is in my opinion, false advertising.
