3 Weeks without any response

Its been 3 weeks since I have submitted a dispute for over R9000, Fnb has not gotten back to me even though their email stated that the money will be in my account within 5 business days.

7 days ago I had the dispute escalated and still no refunds to my account. Today I spent R720 on airtime to try and talk to an agent, every time they put me through to the dispute department, I get told that I'm at telephone banking, then I get given these numbers 087 577 4107, 087 577 4444, 087 575 9404, I phone them, enter my details and yet again I'm at the wrong place. Its like no one knows what the number for the dispute department is.

Would be easier if FNB actually removed all numbers from their website, cos none of them go to the right places.

I'm a private client at FNB, if they treat their private clients like this I can't imagine how they treat everyone else.
