I am not happy with the kind of service one receives from Andersons Insurance, I applied for a car insurance yesterday the 11/09/2013 and due to my finances I decided that I was not buying the car that I wanted anymore. Therefore I called Andersons Insurance Underwriters to cancel my policy as I will not be taking the car any longer. The lady that I spoke to said it was impossible because the require a letter from the dealer stating that I will not be taking the car any longer.
Why should it be the dealers problem for an insurance that I want to cancel that concerns me? If this policy is not cancelled today before end of business day I will not hesitate but take legal action against whoever is in charge. When people wants to make money out of you they promise you heaven and earth, I don't have the car that is insured and I don't intend to buy it anymore.
Please sort this matter out.
