I have been requesting SA Underwriters to cancel my policy for the past 3 weeks and they have been telling me same story that i should email them a confirmation of my new insurance ive done tht a several times and till today they still havent cancelled it. Why must i beg them to cancel the policy?! Its my choice that im leaving them moes! why must it be a trainsmash! i can only imagine what kind of services they give to their customers with claims! bad bad bad service!
