On 27 September my wife and I decide to buy a car from a dealer who recommends Bsureafrica for the insurance. They contact me and set me up with a good quote from Anderson. Then the nightmare begins.
On 28 September i learn that the dealer was trying to us with a wrong year model and very high price and decide not to take the car and part ways.
I immediately contacted Anderson via email to cancel the deal, which incidentally would only have started on 1st October. I tried telephonically but nobody answers the phone in all departments except sales, and then they transfer you to infinity.
Neverless to make a long story short they refuse to cancel the policy unless i can prove i dont have the car. I have reminded them in writing continuously that the CPA allows me to cancel. They still refuse. I have laid a case with the police which will take some time, and in the mean I am being bullied by these criminals.
Hopefully by me placing this on Hello Peter, will someone see it before they make this mistake.
Ps: It took 10 mins to get the insurance and three months later I still can't get it cancelled.
