No feedback and bad attitude of call centre staff

On Thursday the 05 September 2013 my black berry 9360 fell and experienced water damage and all i did was to remove the battery and try to get it dry. On Friday 06th September 2013 I submitted a claim through 24 hours mobility / finrite insurance at about 14h31 and received an email from Chanel Du Plesis same day at 16h04. The email notified me that I will receive feedback from the underwriters after 72 hours. Today is Thursday 12th September 2013 and at 11h00 I called the call centre to get an update or feedback regarding my claim. My call was answered by a guy called Angelo who told me that my claim was declined because I was not using the simcard that was insured in the handset when the accident happened. The guy was very impatient with me and shouting his response to my questions. I called him to order and told him that I am not happy with the response and I want to appeal the decision because no one has communicated the decision to me. Secondly since the handset was insured i have not used that pay as you go sim card i have been using my contract sim card. Please help me to resolve this matter urgently.
