Waiting 2 months for encashment amount

I am so angry and frustrated with your encashment process. I cannot pinpoint who the are there. After faxing and emailing a copy of my husbands certified ID 12 times, he gets ANOTHER SMS asking for it (after the SMS saying the policy was cancelled). It is 6 weeks since we faxed through all the forms, and we still have not received the money. If Clientele does not want to release it, say so, but stop asking for his ID, and delaying our trip to the ombudsman.
