Speechless! so tired of repeating myself to DiscoveryINSURE... only to discover they dont care! So in short :
IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME AND MONEY AND ENERGY TO WASTE... STAY CLEAR FROM DISCOVERY INSURE.
- From point of signing you up - they dont give you full details (which unless you know to ask, you find out when they WON'T authorize certain repairs/replacements because you actually not covered for that unless you asked for it - eg. own alarm systems or.. Tracking devise that is limited due to age of your car - also only find out after YOU have to inform THEM that your car is!)
- Claims -.. NO FEEDBACK / NO RETURNING OF CALLS / NO RESPONDING TO EMAILS ...(from admin clerk to management). When they do respond AFTER raising the roof -- its blaze... a standard PROMPT CARD RESPONSE - TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR / EMPTY PROMISES / ...it goes on... FRUSTRATION ALL THE WAY... almost a month of it. Fantastic passing the ball to the next department but little to NO satisfaction.
And that is just the main complaint.
Am I unreasonable? Pull out all the "recorded conversation" (for quality purpose) and e-mails over the last month and you be the judge.
