I have been trying to open a check account at FNB. I have send a complaint on 6 Sept 2013 and have phoned twice the "FNB CARE" number but I have been told to wait 24 Hours for feedback. Tomorrow it will be a week without anyone phoning me to resolve the problem. I did phone this afternoon and was told that someone at Head office will call me back. It did not happen. what is the next step? Email First Rand new CEO?
