Shocking service in general

Since inception of my contract with MFC (Nedbank) I've received nothing but shocking service which started at the Renault dealership in Midrand.
The staff don't seem to know the procedures of MFC.
I completed a application form on the 29th July 2013 and when I received my contract details my information was loaded incorrect. A home number which I had 13 years ago, my initials were incorrect, postal address etc.
I requested the corrections via email on the 4/9/2013 and received the corrected documents on the 12/9/2013 and my information is still incorrect.
I then called the Call Cnt & spoke to two different ladies & my information is STILL INCORRECT.
When I applied for the financing I also asked if we could change the debit order details on the account & I was told yes by the lady at the dealership & when I enquired with MFC if I could do it I got told I cant.
Clearly your staff isn't been trained correctly or they just say things to satisfy the client & get the deal.
I know I haven't been given the best interest rate according to my credit rating either.
This is the first & last time I will do business with MFC or Nedbank.
Not impressed at all.
