Good day,

Please assist my mother Mirriam Maseko who applied for a loan on the 1st of August 2013 With African Bank in Jabulani Mall.
However to date nothing is materializing. At first they asked my mother to bring the below prerequisites, of which she did but the loan was declined due to her missing one single call-out from them on a Sunday, Can you really decline a request for a client because of a single miss call? As a result that unknown call centre personnel declined the request because of that lame reason.

Required Prereq for opening a Loan
1. ID Copy
2. Co-hibitant ID Copy.
3. Three Months Bank statement.
4. Proof of residents.

Subsequently Mirriam Maseko was asked to reapply again for a loan again...
She went there again on the 7th of September 2013 with the required original aforementioned documentations. A consultant by the name of Xolani Khumalo revisited the whole path again my mother had to sign the application forms and I had to sign again the Co-habitant application form.
Today on the 11th of September 2013 they call my mother to say she must Re-submit 3 Months bank Statement and 3 original pay slips again.
The service is disgruntled.
